- Mobilisation and kick-off. Project execution plan, roles and responsibilities, meeting structure and reporting set up from day one.
- Programme management. A baseline programme in MS Project, progress tracking, look-aheads and early warning of slippage.
- Risk management. A live risk register with clear owners, mitigation actions and regular review.
- Change control. A defined process for change requests and variations, with time and cost impact assessed before anything is instructed.
- Cost reporting. Regular reporting of committed and forecast cost against budget, so there are no surprises.
- Stakeholder management. Chairing project meetings and keeping client, consultants and contractors aligned on decisions and actions.
- Monthly progress reports. A clear summary of programme, cost, risk, change and decisions needed.
- Completion and handover. Coordinating snagging, O&M manuals, the health and safety file and a handover that works for the building’s users.

- A plan or a tailored proposal. Choose a monthly plan sized to your workload, or request a bespoke fee proposal — we reply within 24–48 hours.
- Onboarding within 5 working days. Your project manager gets access to your programme, CDE and meetings, and agrees reporting with you.
- Monthly delivery with reporting. The agreed days are delivered each month with clear progress reporting. Up to 20% of unused days roll over.

How quickly can you start, and is there a minimum term?
We onboard new clients within 5 working days of the agreement being signed. Monthly plans have a 3-month minimum term, then run monthly with 30 days’ notice.
