Senior Project Manager
Remote — UK & International Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead construction and refurbishment projects from inception through to handover. You will act as the client’s trusted advisor, managing programme, cost, risk and quality across RIBA Stages 0–7. This is a remote role with occasional site visits across the UK and selected international projects.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead the delivery of multiple concurrent projects ranging from £500k to £25m
  • Develop and maintain Project Execution Plans, programmes and risk registers
  • Chair design team and contractor progress meetings
  • Manage stakeholder communication and reporting at board level
  • Oversee procurement strategy and contract administration (JCT, NEC)
  • Mentor junior project managers within the team

What we’re looking for

  • 8+ years’ construction project management experience
  • MRICS, MCIOB or APM PMQ qualified (or working towards)
  • Strong working knowledge of RIBA Plan of Work and CDM Regulations
  • Confident with MS Project, Asta Powerproject or Primavera P6
  • Excellent client-facing communication
  • Right to work in the UK
Design Manager
Remote — UK & International Projects

About the role

You will lead design coordination across our projects, ensuring the design team delivers a buildable, compliant and coordinated information set on time. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers and specialist contractors, and report directly to the Project Manager and Client.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the design programme aligned to RIBA Stages 2–4
  • Develop and maintain Design Responsibility Matrices and Information Required Schedules
  • Chair design coordination meetings and track design risk
  • Review design deliverables for compliance with the Employer’s Requirements
  • Coordinate interfaces between architectural, structural, MEP and specialist packages
  • Support contractor onboarding and design queries through construction

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ design management experience in construction or consultancy
  • Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management or similar
  • Strong understanding of RIBA Plan of Work and Building Regulations
  • Familiarity with BIM workflows and ISO 19650 principles
  • Comfortable challenging design teams constructively
  • Right to work in the UK
BIM Manager
Remote — UK & International Projects
VIEW ▾

About the role

We’re recruiting a BIM Manager to lead information management strategy across our project portfolio. You’ll set the standard for how digital information is produced, exchanged and approved on our projects, working in line with ISO 19650.

Key responsibilities

  • Author and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEPs) and Exchange Information Requirements (EIRs)
  • Set up and administer the Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • Define modelling standards, file naming conventions and LOIN requirements
  • Audit federated models for clash, compliance and data quality
  • Train project teams on BIM workflows and CDE use
  • Support clients with digital handover and asset information deliverables

What we’re looking for

  • 5+ years’ BIM management experience on live construction projects
  • Working knowledge of ISO 19650 Parts 1, 2 and 3
  • Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, Solibri and at least one CDE (Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint, BIM 360)
  • Understanding of COBie and digital asset handover
  • Strong communicator able to translate BIM into client value
  • Right to work in the UK
Information Manager
Remote — UK & International Projects
VIEW ▾

About the role

You will act as the appointed Information Manager on our projects, overseeing the production, approval and exchange of project information in line with ISO 19650. This is a strategic role focused on process, governance and quality — not modelling.

Key responsibilities

  • Implement and police the project Information Protocol
  • Manage the CDE structure, workflows and access permissions
  • Coordinate task team information deliverables against the Master Information Delivery Plan (MIDP)
  • Run information quality checks and approval workflows
  • Report information status and risk to the Project Manager and Client
  • Support project handover and asset information delivery

What we’re looking for

  • 4+ years’ experience in information management, document control or BIM coordination
  • Strong working knowledge of ISO 19650 Parts 1 & 2
  • Hands-on CDE administration experience (Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint or similar)
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident liaising with design teams, contractors and clients
  • Right to work in the UK
Document Controller
Remote — UK & International Projects
VIEW ▾

About the role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Document Controller to support our project teams with the day-to-day administration of project information. You will be the first line of quality control on every document that flows through the project.

Key responsibilities

  • Administer the project Common Data Environment (CDE)
  • Process incoming and outgoing transmittals to schedule
  • Maintain document registers, distribution matrices and revision control
  • Ensure all documents comply with project naming, metadata and approval standards
  • Produce weekly information status reports
  • Support audits and project close-out / handover

What we’re looking for

  • 2+ years’ document control experience in construction, engineering or consultancy
  • Hands-on experience with at least one CDE (Asite, Aconex, Viewpoint, SharePoint, Procore)
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with document management workflows
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Awareness of ISO 19650 information management principles is desirable
  • Right to work in the UK
