How does the 15% offer work?
Subscribe to any plan on or before 30 September 2026 and you save 15% on the standard price for the first 6 months of your agreement — covering your plan fee, day rates and any fixed-fee add-ons booked in that period. From month 7 onwards, standard rates apply. Discounted prices are rounded to the nearest £5. All prices exclude VAT.
Which plan is right for me?
As a rule of thumb: Advisory for expert eyes on your processes; Essentials to keep documents and your CDE compliant; Professional for part-time management of one live project; Growth for active delivery of 1–2 projects; Scale for a portfolio of 2–3 concurrent projects; Embedded for a fractional project team without hiring. How does the subscription work?
You subscribe to a monthly plan, we onboard you within 5 working days, and your named team delivers the agreed days each month. Billing is monthly in advance by card. Minimum term is 3 months, then rolling monthly with 30 days’ notice.
Can I change plans?
Yes — that’s the point of the ladder. Upgrades take effect immediately and are pro-rated. Downgrades take effect from your next billing date with 30 days’ notice.
What if I don’t use all my days?
Up to 20% of unused delivery days roll over to the following month, so quiet periods aren’t wasted.
Do you work with our existing platforms?
Yes — we work hands-on with Autodesk Construction Cloud, Aconex, Asite, Revit, Navisworks, SharePoint and MS Project.
What if none of these plans fit?
