JC Virtual PMs was established to give small and medium enterprises access to the kind of senior project, design and BIM management expertise typically only available to large organisations. We understand the challenges of managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects, and our services are designed to give your team the structure, systems and support to deliver with confidence.
In practice, that means this: a fifteen-person design studio delivering a boutique hotel across three time zones has the same coordination problem as a scheme ten times the size — and none of the infrastructure to handle it. Large consultancies aren’t built for them. We are.

Founder & CEO
Twenty years delivering projects of different scales across the UK, Middle East, Europe, Asia and Africa — multi-million asset and masterplan schemes, a £750m+ buildings and infrastructure programme, and information management on one of the UK’s largest airports. Much of that was spent inside a world-leading architecture practice, which is why we talk to designers as designers rather than as a programme problem. JC Virtual PMs exists because the studios and smaller firms I kept meeting had exactly the same delivery problems — and none of the support.
Every engagement starts with a conversation with me — not a salesperson, and not an account manager you’ll never see again.

Senior Consultant
Director-level oversight. Tells you what actually matters on your project — and what you can safely ignore.

Design-led studios
Interiors and architecture practices doing hospitality and high-end residential. You win the work because the work is beautiful — then the programme slips and you’re chasing an engineer instead of designing. We take that off you: programme, coordination, and information that survives across borders.
Construction SMEs
Contractors and consultancies facing ISO 19650 obligations without the headcount to meet them. Your client issued an EIR, the pre-appointment BEP is a tender gate, and information management is nobody’s actual job. We deliver it — rather than handing it back to you as a template.

Our founder holds an MSc in Project Management and a BSc (Hons) in International Business Management, with membership of the Project Management Institute and the Institute of Directors. Our vetted associate network brings APM, RICS and CIOB membership to the projects that call for it. We deliver to ISO 19650 — the international standard for information management on construction projects.
